I offer individual therapy for individuals age 11 and older. My approach merges empirically supported treatments and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within the context of a strong therapeutic relationship to help my clients move towards their goals and values. Individual therapy can be in-person, remote, or a combination of both.
For individuals 10 and under, I offer parent consultation. The goal of parent consultation is to help parents develop specialized parenting skills. When you have a child with behavioral difficulties, anxiety, or developmental delays, having a host of specialized parenting skills to rely on allows you to teach and support your child through your interactions with them. Parent consultation is typically remote.
I offer diagnostic evaluation for neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. Evaluations include the use of standardized testing; for individuals with suspected autism spectrum disorder, I offer an evaluation that include the ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule). All evaluations are done in-person.
